Minimax theorems, especially in the form of saddle point theorems, have applications to game theory, mathematical economics, optimization theory, etc. Some results on minimax inequalities, based on a nonempty intersection theorem involving r-G-H-KKM selections, are obtained. Then, their applications to saddle points are presented in a generalized H-space setting.
