This paper proposes a new model of fluid system to understand glassy dynamics. It is formulated by a hydrodynamical equation with long range interaction terms as well as fluctuating terms derived by white noises. The long range interaction causes non-equilibrium situations related to glassy behavior. By connecting with the mode coupling theory, the behavior of the system above certain crossover temperature is discussed. To deal with the model in lower temperatures, real replica analysis is attempted using formal functional integral method. Full analysis is left for future. Rigorous treatment is open. In connection with analysis on this new model, other models and approximation schemes for glassy dynamics are reviewed and summarized briefly from the authors point of view.
