In this paper, the authors consider the following Navier boundary-value problem with the \(p\)-biharmonic \[ \begin{cases} \Delta \left (| \Delta u| ^{p-2}\Delta u\right )\in \lambda \partial F(\lambda ,u)+\mu G(x,u)\,\,\text{ in }\,\, \Omega ,\\ u\in W^{2,p}(\Omega )\cap W_0^{1,p}(\Omega )\, \text{ on }\,\,\Omega . \end{cases} \] Under some suitable assumptions, using the nonsmooth version of Ricceri's variational principle, the authors obtain the existence of infinitely many weak solutions to this problem. The results of the paper are new and interesting.
