The authors introduce the second-order composed contingent derivative for set-valued maps and extend the Lagrange multiplier rule together with the Kurcyusz-Robinson-Zowe regularity assumption to constrained set-valued optimization programs in the second-order case. One obtains a new second-order Karush-Kuhn-Tucker optimality condition for set-valued optimization problems with feasible sets determined by generalized second-order Kurcyusz-Robinson-Zowe regularity conditions.
