The author defines certain classes of autonomous analytic differential equations \(dx/dt=f(x)\), where \(f: s\to {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) \((n>2)\). Next he shows that Poincaré's isolation theorem can be extended to all equations in these classes. Under some assumptions, equations in these classes have only isolated periodic orbits.
