The goal of this paper is to give an extension of the Kolmogorov-Arnold- Moser Theorem on the conservation of invariant tori for a Hamiltonian system near a completely integrable one. The author studies the question of the conservation of tori of dimension \(r<n\) in a 2n-dimensional system. Employing similar non-degeneracy assumptions to those of the usual KAM result, the author sketches a proof of the conservation of these tori using the method of successive symplectic transformations.
