The authors consider multi-input multi-output finite dimensional periodic systems of the form \[ x(k+1)=A(k)x(k)+B(k)u(k)\quad y(k)=C(k)x(k),\quad k\in {\mathbb{Z}} \] where A(\(\cdot)\), B(\(\cdot)\), C(\(\cdot)\) are periodic matrices with common period and real coefficients. Periodic structure at infinity, i.e. r-tuples of integer-valued periodic functions that are invariant under certain transformations of the system, is studied and related to zero structure.
