Let \(\Omega\) be bounded domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \ \(\mathcal{L}:=\) div \(A(x)\nabla\), where \(A(x)= \{a_{i,j}\}^n_{i,j=1}\) is a matrix with Hölder continuous coefficients in \(\Omega\) satisfying elliptic condition uniformly in the domain. There is considered two--phase free boundary problem \[ \mathcal{L}u = f_1 \;\text{in} \;\Omega^+ (u) = \{u > 0\}, \] \[ \mathcal{L}u = f_2 \chi_{\{u<0\}} \;\text{in} \;\Omega^- (u) = \{u \leq 0\},\eqno(1) \] \[ u_\nu^+ = G(u_\nu^-, x, \nu)\;\text{on} \;F(u) = \partial\{u > 0\}\cap \Omega, \] where \(\nu(x)\) is a unit normal to a free boundary. The authors prove that if \(f^1,\, f^2 \in L^\infty\), \ \( G(z_1, z_2, z_3)\) is Lipschitz continuous in \(z_1\) and \(z_3\), Hölder continuous in \(z_2\) and strictly increasing function with respect to \(z_1\) and such that inf\({}_{x\in\Omega, |\nu|=1} G(0,x, \nu) > 0\), then the problem (1) has a week solution \(u^+\), \, \(u^-\), which is locally Lipschitz one in \(\Omega\).
