Let \(f(z)=\sum^ \infty_{\nu=0}a_ \nu z^ \nu\) be a power series with radius of convergence one. Then by a classical result of Ostrowski there exists a subsequence \((s_{n_ k})_ k\) of the Taylor sections \(s_ n=\sum^ n_{\nu=0}a_ \nu z^ \nu\) converging locally uniformly in some domain \(U\supset\mathbb{D}:=\{z\in\mathbb{C}:| z|<1\}\), \(U\neq\mathbb{D}\), if and only if the sequence \((a_ \nu)_ \nu\) possesses Hadamard-Ostrowski-gaps. Yet little is known about the ``size'' of the domain of overconvergence \(U\). In this paper it is shown that \(U\) may (even in the case of ``pure'' Hadamard-Ostrowski-gaps) in a certain sense be arbitrary small in comparison to domains of holomorphy of \(f\).
