The authors introduce a concept of dimension which extends the classical approach for inexact measurement of angular distance. They prove two main theorems about quasiorthogonal dimensions: the basic properties robustness and exponential growth. The authors consider applications of the results to antipodal sphere codes and Hadamard matrices. They show that it is possible to define a generalized Hadamard matrix whose entries are \(+1\) or \(-1\) with the property that any two rows are quasiorthogonal vectors.
