The authors give sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of anti-periodic solutions for the nonlinear \(n\)th-order differential equation with delays of the form \[ x^{\left( n\right) }(t)+f\left( t,x^{\left( n-1\right) }(t)\right) +g\left( t,x\left( t-\tau (t)\right) \right) =e(t), \] where \(\tau ,e:\mathbb{R}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) and \(f,g:\mathbb{R} ^{2}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) are continuous functions, \(\tau \) and \(e\) are \(T- \) periodic, \(f\) and \(g\) are \(T-\) periodic in the first argument. First, sufficient conditions are established for the uniqueness and second, the existence result is obtained using the Leray-Schauder degree theory.
