Let \(f\in\mathbb{C}[x_1, \dots, x_n]\) be a homogeneous polynomial of degree \(d>1\). The Brieskorn module is defined by \(B(f)=\Omega^n/df\wedge d(\Omega^{n-2})\) where \(\Omega^j\) denotes the regular differential forms of degree \(j\) on \(\mathbb{C}^n\). \(B(f)\) is a \(\mathbb{C}[t]\)-module, the multiplication by \(t\) is given by multiplying by the polynomial \(f\). The torsion of \(B(f)\) is computed in the case \(n=2\). It is proved that any torsion element has order \(1\). For \(n>2\) examples are given in which the torsion order is strictly greater than \(1\).
