This work is based on Białynicki-Birula decomposition for symplectic varieties with a certain $\mathbb{G}_m$-action, where $\mathbb{G}_m$ is the multiplicative group. There follows a categorical cell decomposition for sheaves on the quantizations of such varieties, and the symplectic Kashiwara equivalence that underlies categorical cell decomposition. Hence it establishes a structure theory for module categories of deformation-quantizations. This theory has its well-known parallel picture for Fukaya-type categories in real symplectic geometry. Interesting applications, such as K-theory and Hochschild homology of module categories, are discussed.
