This paper studies a class of non-autonomous impulsive neural networks with heterogeneous time-varying delays and provides sufficient conditions on their global exponential stability in terms of testable matrix inequalities. The proof of the main result is based on the comparison principle, generalized Halanay-type inequalities, and on M-matrix theory.
