Let \(\mu\) be a positive Radon measure on an open set \({\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^N}\) with \({\mu(\Omega)<\infty}\). The paper deals with the following problem: to find the possible blowups of a Lipschitz function with respect to \(\mu\) in some sense (weakly or strongly in the Lusin sense)? One of the main result generalizes [\textit{G. Alberti}, J. Funct. Anal. 100, No. 1, 110--118 (1991; Zbl 0752.46025)]. Other main result describes the class of the admissible blowups with respect to \(\mu\) weakly in the Lusin sense. It relies on some constraints appearing in a paper due to \textit{G. Alberti} and the first author [Geom. Funct. Anal. 26, No. 1, 1-66 (2016; Zbl 1345.26018)]. Also, the product Radon measure is presented for which every blowup of a Lipschitz function is in such class. The one-dimensional case considered separately. In this case, the authors prove a stronger statement. Particularly, the open set \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}\) may has infinite measure.
