The authors consider semiflows generated by delay equations of the form \[ x'=L(t)x_t+f(t,x_t,\lambda), \] where \(\lambda\) is a parameter. They show that if the corresponding linear equation admits a polynomial dichotomy and the perturbation \(f\) is Lipschitz small, then the semiflow has a Lipschitz stable invariant manilfold that is Lipschitz continuous in \(\lambda\).
