In several papers using mathematician's apparatus, the author is developing a new approach to construct the equation of state suitable for gas and liquid conditions. His method is based on the correspondence between the thermodynamics of real non-ideal gases and the thermodynamics of the ideal Bose gas, but in a space of fractional dimension. In this paper the author takes into account the formation of clusters. Using the \(P\)-\(Z\) diagram (\(P\) is the pressure of medium, \(Z\) is the well-known compressability factor), the author demonstrates for the van-der-Waals equation of state that the phase transition from a gas to a liquid begins from the cluster formation. Using his approach and a special form of the thermodynamical ideal Bose gas but with the fractional dimension, the author derives the Poisson adiabat for the ideal gas. One, maybe the most important, result of this paper is the demonstration that the empirical van-der-Waals equation of states can be derived from the Bose-Einstein distribution of the ideal gas. For Part I see [ibid. No. 1, 115--126 (2013; Zbl 1281.82009)]
