The notion of PS-structure is the generalization of the concept of overtwisted structure to high dimensional contact manifolds. This paper shows a big number of closed contact manifolds having a PS-structure. So, they are the first examples of non-fillable high dimensional closed contact manifolds. In particular it is proved that for \(g(\Sigma_{j}) \geq 2\), \(S^{3} \times\prod_{j}\Sigma_{j}\) possesses this kind of contact structure and so any connected sum with those manifolds also does it. A notion of parallel transport for a contact fibration which is a key step for the above results is defined. The relation between a contact fibration and the group of Hamiltonian contactomorphisms is also studied.
