Concerning the relationship between the original system \(\dot x=\varepsilon X(t,x)\) and its averaged one, the second Bogolybov theorem states that the solutions of the original system is close to the equilibrium of the averaging system in time interval \([0,\infty)\). The Banfi-Filatov theorem generalizes the equilibrium to some averaged solution which does not necessarily coincide with an equilibrium. The authors of the present paper give a result similar to the Banfi-Filatov theorem by a different method, in particular, they give a fundamental new result that the time interval \([0,\infty)\) can be extended to \((-\infty,\infty)\), under a suitable assumption.
