The authors establish some sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of the positive solutions and the uniqueness of positive almost periodic solutions of delayed logistic differential equations of the form \[ x'(t)=r(t)x(t)(a(t)-b(t)x(t)-L(x_t). \]
