The authors introduce \((\rho, \theta)\)-\(\eta\)-invariant-quasi (pseudo)-monotone functions and examine the relationship between generalized \((\rho, \theta)\)-\(\eta\)-invexity and generalized \((\rho, \theta)\)-\(\eta\)-invariant-monotonicity. The readers attention is invited to similar work by several authors including \textit{S. Karamardian} and \textit{S. Schaible} [J. Optimization Theory Appl. 66, No. 1, 37--46 (1990; Zbl 0679.90055)] and \textit{S. Komlosi} [J. Optimization Theory Appl. 84, No. 2, 361--376 (1995; Zbl 0824.90124)].
