The paper shows that even in singular systems, the chaotic hypothesis does not contradict the fluctuation theorem, if one identifies their macrospic behaviour to that of reversible Asonov system with singular metric. Firstly one bears in mind the framework and the main notations (fluctuation relation, conservative system, equilibrium limit), and then one discusses some problems which appear when one applies the chaotic hypothesis to systems of particles interacting via a Lennard-Jones potential. One analyzes successively the effect of a change of metric for Anosov flows, and the effects of singular boundary terms; and then one examines how one can remove the singularities.
