The paper is devoted to the equilibria theory in an abstract economy and related parts of generalized games theory with fuzzy constraints. Namely, the maximal element theorems are applied on G-convex topological space, to prove several equilibrium existence theorems for generalized games of the considered type. The general existence theorems represent the main results which are applied to prove further existence statements, regarding the solutions of the system of general vector quasiequilibrium problems in the noncompact product of G-convex spaces.
