The authors consider compact Kähler manifolds \((M,J)\) of complex dimension \(n\), endowed with a closed, non-negative \((1,1)\)-form \(\alpha\) and \(\omega_0\) in a (positive) Kähler class \(2 \pi c_1(M)-[\alpha]\). The evolution equation \[ \partial_t \omega = \omega+\alpha - \mathrm{Ric}(\omega) \leqno (1) \] with \( \omega(0) = \omega_0 \) is called normalized twisted Kähler-Ricci flow. Suppose there exists a solution for the equation \[ \mathrm{Ric}(\omega) = \omega + \alpha \leqno (2) \] The main result states that for any \(\omega_0 \in [\omega]\), the flow (1) with initial metric \(\omega_0\) converges exponentially fast to a (perhaps different) solution of (2). As a consequence, if a Fano manifold \((M,J)\) admits a Kähler-Einstein metric, then for any \(\omega_0 \in c_1(M)\), the Kähler-Ricci flow with initial metric \(\omega_0\) converges exponentially fast to a Kähler-Einstein metric.
