The authors state a Fourier inversion formula of a continuous function with compact support in \(X\), a complete simply harmonic manifold and endowed with purely exponential volume growth. Also, they provide the Plancherel theorem for an integrable function which belongs to a suitable closed space of the set of square-integrable functions in \(X\). Furthermore, they furnish a version of the Kunze-Stein phenomenon.
