The quantum Langlands duality (Q2449689): Difference between revisions

This paper reviews the conjectures due to Drinfeld, Beilinson, Gaitsgory et al. and results of Gaitsgory on the quantum Langlands correspondence, which generalizes and conceptually simplifies the geometric Langlands correspondence. In the quantum case a new modular parameter is introduced into the theory: the level or the central charge. The classical correspondence can be considered as the limiting case of the quantum correspondence. The paper reviews the global conjectures, geometric Satake correspondence, quantum Satake correspondence, and finally the connection between local Satake equivalence and global equivalence.
