    A co-Kähler manifold is a Riemannian odd-dimensional manifold \((M,g)\) with a parallel field of endomorphisms \(J\) with one-dimensional kernel distribution \(L\) such that \(J^2|_{L^{\perp}} = - \mathrm{id}\). The authors describe the structure of compact co-Kähler manifolds \(M\). More precisely, they prove that some finite cover \(\bar M\) of \(M\) is a direct product \(\bar M = N \times S^1\) of a compact Kähler manifold \(N\) and the circle \(S^1\).
