This paper deals with a class of nonlinear elliptic Dirichlet problems with variable exponent. The main result establishes the existence of at least two distinct weak solutions. This is done by standard variational arguments that rely on a recent multiplicity theorem. The reviewer's opinion is that the list of references is excessive and many of the cited papers are not directly related with the present work.
