The Schwarz lemma known in complex analysis is also formulated in higher dimensions in the framework of Clifford analysis. Such generalizations were done by \textit{Y. Yang} and \textit{T. Qian} [Complex Var. Elliptic Equ. 51, No. 7, 653--659 (2006; Zbl 1105.30039)] and by the author in [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 142, No. 4, 1237--1248 (2014; Zbl 1295.30119)]. As a consequence Schwarz-Pick lemmas were firstly proved in Clifford analysis by using Möbius transformations with real coefficients. In this paper more general coefficients are permitted. The main result (Schwarz-Pick lemma) is the following: Let \(B(0, 1)\) be the open unit ball in Clifford algebra \(C\ell_{n+1}\), \(f\in C^1(B(0, 1)\), \(C(V_{n,0}))\), \(D[f] = 0 \) in \(B(0, 1)\), \(|f(x)| \leq 1\) for all \(x \in B(0, 1)\), and \(f(a) = 0\), \(|a| < 1\), then for all \(x \in B(0, 1)\), \[ |f(x)| \leq \frac{(1 + |a|)^n}{\sqrt[n+1]{2}-1}\frac{|x- {a}|}{|1-ax|^{n+1}}, \] where \( D\) is the massless Dirac operator and \(V_{n,0}\) is an \(n\)-dimensional linear space. Some new interesting properties of the general Möbius transformation are proved.
