This paper consists of a table (more than seven pages long) together with a page or two of introduction and a page or two discussing the methods used to complete the table. The table lists all primitive permutation groups of degree up to 50, with several columns of information about each group, the last column giving the abstract group structure in Atlas notation (such as \(7^2:Q_8:3\), with colons indicating split extensions, etc.). This list of 406 permutation groups has been available in various forms since the 1970s, but previous versions of the list did not include the abstract structure for many of the groups, and this paper completes the list by completing that column. The completed database is also available in MAGMA (successor to the group-theory software CAYLEY, which was used by the authors to compute some of the structures).
