The authors prove a version of a theorem of P. Jones's about the rectifiability of curves for sets of arbitrary integer dimension lying in Euclidean space. This is done by providing lower and upper bounds for the \(d\)-dimensional Hausdorff measure of a set in terms of numbers of \(\beta\)-type.
