The paper is devoted to the problem of packing of \(\mathbb{R}^3\) using special non-convex objects: thin tori. Here a thin torus is a torus with major radius \(1\) and minor radius \(s<\frac{1}{3}\) going to zero. The main result is an explicit construction of tori packing with packing density 0.222... . Also it is proved that this construction has \(\Theta(1/s^2)\) pairwise linked tori and such number of links is asymptotically optimal.
