The authors investigate a stage-structured model of two-species competitive system with mature population harvesting. The model equations are analyzed with respect to positive invariance, boundedness of solutions and the conditions for the existence of equilibria. The dynamical properties of equilibria are investigated, and conditions for global asymptotical stability and absolutely stability of the equilibria are obtained.
