The author shows that Dade's Inductive Conjecture holds for a block \(b\) with cyclic defect groups. One of the main tools is a theorem demonstrating that the residual Clifford extension of any non-exceptional character in \(b\) coincides with the Clifford extension of any simple module in \(b\). It is also proved that a structure theorem by the reviewer on blocks with normal defect groups extends to twisted group algebras.
