The paper deals with the numerical solution of 1D nonlinear conservation laws focused on the Euler equations. The authors introduce the concept of the entropy stable solution and then they develop the setting of boundary fluxes in order to keep the entropy stability. Then several numerical examples demonstrating the well-posedness of the boundary conditions are presented.
