Let \(X,Y\) be two complex Banach spaces. The unit ball in \(Y\), denoted by \(B_{Y}\), is assumed to be homogeneous. Let \(G\) be a bounded balanced domain in \(X\) and let \(f:G\rightarrow B_{Y}\) be a holomorphic mapping. The main result of the paper is the following: If \(P=f(0)\), then \[ \sum_{k=0}^{\infty}\frac{\left\|D_{\varphi P}(P)[D^{k}f(0)(z^{k})]\right\|}{k!\left\|D_{\varphi P}(P)\right\|}<1 \] for \(z\in(1/3)G\), where \(\varphi P\in \mathrm{Aut}(B_{Y})\) such that \(_{\varphi P}(P)=0\). Moreover, the constant \(1/3\) is best possible, if \(B_{Y}\) is the unit ball of a \(J^{*}\)-algebra. This result generalizes the classical Bohr theorem.
