    The authors study the nonlinear magnetic Choquard equation \begin{align*} \begin{cases} -\left(\nabla +iA(x)\right)^2u + \left(\lambda V(x)+1\right)u = \left(\displaystyle\frac{1}{|x|^\mu}* |u|^p\right)|u|^{p-2}u & \text{for }x\in\mathbb{R}^N,\\ u\in H^1(\mathbb{R}^N,\mathbb{C}),& \end{cases} \end{align*} where \(N \geq 2\), \(\lambda>0\), \(\mu \in (0,2)\), \(i\) is the imaginary unit, \[ p\in \left(2,2^* \frac{2(N-\mu)}{2N}\right) \] with \( 2^*=\frac{2N}{N-2}\) if \(N\geq 3\) and \(2^*=+\infty\) if \(N=2\), \(A\in L^2_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb{R}^N,\mathbb{R}^N)\) is the magnetic potential and \(V\colon \mathbb{R}^N\to\mathbb{R}\) is a nonnegative continuous function. Using variationals methods, the authors show that if the zero set of \(V\) has isolated connected components \(\Omega_1,\ldots,\Omega_k\) such that the interior of \(\Omega_j\) is nonempty and \(\partial\Omega_j\) is smooth, then for \(\lambda>0\) being large enough, the problem above has at least \(2^k-1\) so-called multi-bump solutions.
