This paper is concerned first with the integro-differential system \[ y'(t)=A(t)y(t)+ \int_{-\infty}^{t}c(t,s,y(s))ds+ g(t,y(t),y(t-r(t))), \tag{1} \] where \(A\) is a continuous matrix on \(\mathbb{R}\), \(g\), \(c\) are continuous functions and \(r\) an appropriate delay-function. Using the well-known Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem and dichotomy theory the author proves existence and uniqueness results for periodic solutions of system (1). Moreover, corresponding results are also proved for a system of more general type than (1).
