In this present paper, the author constructs the theory of Carathéodory structures elaborated by \textit{Y. Pesin} [Chicago Lectures in Mathematics. Chicago: The University of Chicago Press (1997; Zbl 1174.37004)], then the author proves that the topological entropy of a nonautonomous discrete dynamical system (in short: NADDS) has some properties of a dimensional-type invariant. With additional assumption on compact metric space and probability measure the author obtains the lower and upper estimations of topological entropy of NADDS. Given a sequence $f_{1,\infty}=\{f_n : X \rightarrow X\}_{n=1}^{\infty}$ of Lipschitz continuous maps with the same Lipschitz constant $L > 1$ determining a NADDS. For any subset $Y\subset X$, the author proves that $ent_H(f_{1,\infty}, Y)\leq HD(Y)\log L.$ Also, the author defines the notion of local measure entropy for a single map to NADDS determined by a sequence $f_{1,\infty}=\{f_n\}_{n=1}^{\infty}$ of continuous self-maps on a compact metric space $(X,d)$. The author proves the following theorem: ''Given an NADDS determined by a sequence $f_{1,\infty}=\{f_n\}_{n=1}^{\infty}$ of self-maps of a compact metric space $(X, d)$. Let $E$ be a Borel subset of $X$ and $s\in (0,\infty)$. Let $\mu$ denote a Borel probability measure on $X$. If $h^{L}_{f_{1,\infty}}(x) \geq s$ for all $x\in E$ and $\mu(E)> 0$ then $h_{top}(f_{1,\infty}, E)\geq s$.'' Similarly, the author proves that if $h^{U}_{f_{1,\infty}}(x) \leq s$ for all $x\in E$ then $h_{top}(f_{1,\infty}, E)\leq s$. Also, the author generalizes the results of \textit{X. Dai} et al. [Sci. China, Ser. A 41, No. 10, 1068--1075 (1998; Zbl 0918.58039)] and \textit{M. Misiurewicz} [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 10, No. 3, 827--833 (2004; Zbl 1056.37016)].
