Let \(X\) be an \(n\)-dimensional Alexandrov space of curvature bounded below, i.e., complete, locally compact, \(n\)-Hausdorff dimensional length space of curvature bounded below by a constant in the sense of Alexandrov. If \(X\) also has upper curvature bound, \(X\) is almost same to a Riemannian manifold by the result of \textit{I. G. Nikolaev} [Sib. Math. J. 24, 247-263 (1983); translation from Sib. Mat. Zh. 24, No. 2(138), 114-132 (1983; Zbl 0547.53011)], whereas in the above categories \(X\) may have quite complicated singularities. In this paper we proved that the Hausdorff dimension of the set of singular points \(S_ X\) is not greater than \(n - 1\). Then we introduced the notion of differentiable and Riemannian structure of space that is not necessarily locally Euclidean and proved that \(X \setminus S_ X\) has the a.e. \(C^{1,1/2}\) differentiable and a.e. Riemannian structures, whose induced metric coincide with the original metric on \(X\).
