In this paper, the authors obtained some new quantitative weighted norm inequalities for the maximal truncations of convolution-type singular integrals with suitable Fourier decay of the kernel, which improved many known results. The main approach used was the sparse domination technique. Moreover, the authors also successfully applied this technique to the case of matrix weighted estimates of the maximal truncations for the first time.
