Based on the theory of modular forms from the perspective of rational functions, the author proves a dominated convergence type theorem for such forms belonging to Eisenstein spaces. In this way, rearrangements of Fourier series are shown to converge very rapidly near the cusp at zero. As further applications, \(L\)-functions associated to products of Eisenstein series are realized in the form of generalized Dirichlet series representations that converge in suitable expanded half planes.
