    The global existence of classical solutions of the following problem \[ \begin{cases} \frac{{\partial u}} {{\partial t}} - a\Delta u = - f(u,v),\,\,\frac{{\partial v}} {{\partial t}} - b\Delta v = g(u,v)&\text{in }(0, + \infty) \times \Omega, \\ u(0,x) = u_0 (x),\,\,v(0,x) = v_0 (x)&\text{in }\Omega,\\ \lambda _1 u + (1 - \lambda _1 )\frac{{\partial u}} {{\partial v}} = 0,\,\,\lambda _2 v + (1 + \lambda _2 )\frac{{\partial v}} {{\partial u}} = 0&\text{on }(0, + \infty ) \times \partial \Omega \end{cases} \] is studied; here \(\lambda _1 ,\lambda _2 \) are functions of class \(C^1 \) on \(\partial \Omega \) such that: \(0 \leqslant \lambda _i \leqslant 1\), \(\Omega \) is an open bounded domain of class \(C^1\) in \(\mathbb {R}^n\), \(a > 0\), \(b > 0\) and \(f,g\) are nonnegative continuously differentiable functions on \( [0, + \infty ) \times [0, + \infty )\) satisfying to \(f(0,\eta ) = 0\), \(g(\xi ,\eta ) \leqslant C\varphi (\xi )e^{\alpha \eta ^\beta }\) and \(g(\xi ,\eta ) \leqslant \psi (\eta )f(\xi ,\eta )\), for some constants \(C > 0\), \(\alpha > 0\) and \(\beta \geqslant 1\) where \(\varphi ,\psi \) are nonnegative continuously differentiable functions on \([0, + \infty )\) such that \(\varphi (0) = 0\) and \(\lim _{\eta \to + \infty } \eta ^{\beta - 1} \psi (\eta ) = l\) \(l\) is a nonnegative constant. The large time asymptotic behavior of the global solutions is established. For this purpose, authors used the appropriate techniques which are based on semi groups, energy estimates and Lyapunov functional methods.
