The authors prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the global system by showing the well-posedness of a decoupled subsystem. Next, they establish the uniform stability of the decoupled subsystem and the exponential stability of the global beam. Finally, they prove the Riesz basis property for the system with uniform angular velocity.
