Let \(\rho\) be a congruence on an inverse semigroup \(S\), \(\rho_K\) (\(\rho_T\)) denotes the least congruence on \(S\) having the same kernel (trace) as \(\rho\). Starting from the universal congruence \(\omega\), it is known that \(\omega_T\), \(\omega_K\), \((\omega_T)_K\), \((\omega_K)_T\), \(((\omega_K)_T)_K\) are, respectively, the least group, semilattice, \(E\)-unitary, Clifford, and \(E\)-reflexive congruences on \(S\). The authors extend this list showing that \(((\omega_T)_K)_T\) and \((((\omega_T)_K)_T)_K\) are the least \(E\omega\)-Clifford and \(E\omega\)-\(E\)-reflexive congruences on \(S\), respectively. In the paper, it is also provided characterizations of both \(E\omega\)-Clifford and \(E\omega\)-\(E\)-reflexive congruences on \(S\) as well as a study of the lattices of all \(E\omega\)-Clifford and \(E\omega\)-\(E\)-reflexive congruences.
