The authors adapt the notion of dynamical Gröbner bases [\textit{I. Yengui}, Constructive commutative algebra. Projective modules over polynomial rings and dynamical Gröbner bases. Cham: Springer (2015; Zbl 1360.13002); \textit{A. Hadj Kacem} and \textit{I. Yengui}, J. Algebra 324, No. 1, 12--24 (2010; Zbl 1200.13047)] in order to compute a finite generating set for the syzygy module of finitely many multivariate Laurent polynomials with coefficients in a Dedekind ring.
