In the spirit of geometric quantisation some representations of the Heisenberg-Weyl group are considered. These representations are induced by hypercomplex characters of its centre. This allows to gather under the same framework, called \(p\)-mechanics, the three principal cases: quantum mechanics (elliptic character), hyperbolic mechanics and classical mechanics. In each case the corresponding dynamic equation as well as rules for addition of probabilities are recovered. The paper shows how whole classical mechanics without any kind of semiclassical limit \(\hbar\rightarrow 0\) may be obtained. This work consists of the following basic parts: Introduction; Heisenberg group and \(p\)-mechanics, the Heisenberg group and induced representations, convolutions and commutator, states and probability; elliptic characters and quantum dynamic, Segal-Bargman and Schrödinger representations, commutator and the Heisenberg equation, quantum probabilities; Hypercomplex representations of the Heisenberg group, hyperbolic representations and addition of probabilities, parabolic representations and the phase space; discussion.
