Let \(G\) be a simply connected Lie group and \(\mathcal{F}\) be a Lie \(G\) foliation on a closed manifold \(M\) with all leaves being dense in \(M\). The space of the ends \(\mathcal{E}( F)\) of a leaf \(F\) either is a singleton, or it consists of two points or is a Cantor set. The main result of the paper is the following: If the Lie group \(G\) is solvable, then \(\mathcal{E}( F)\) is a finite set. The assertion of the above theorem is valid also in the case when \(G\) has no cocompact discrete subgroup and \(\mathcal{F}\) admits a transverse Riemannian foliation of complementary dimension. The authors also prove that there exists a minimal Lie \(\text{PSL}( 2,\mathbb{R})\) foliation on a compact 5-dimensional manifold whose leaf is a 2-sphere minus a Cantor set.
