The authors extend the analysis for vector computers discussed by the first author in Part I [ibid. 7, No.2, 135-147 (1988; reviewed above)] on certain parallel computers. They restrict their studies to local memory systems with processors that may or may not have vector capability. The advantages and disadvantages of the different ijk forms in the vector computers and parallel systems are pointed out.
