The global existence and decay rates of smooth solutions for the magneto-micropolar fluids is studied in the paper. The fluid density \(\rho(x,t)\), velocity \(u=(u_1,u_2,u_3)(x,t)\), micro-rotational velocity \(w=(w_1,w_2,w_3)(x,t)\), pressure \(p(\rho)\) and magnetic field \(H=(H_1,H_2,H_3)(x,t)\) satisfy to the Cauchy problem \[ \begin{aligned} & \frac{\partial \rho}{\partial t}+ \operatorname{div}\,(\rho u)=0,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3,\;t>0 \\ & \frac{\partial (\rho u)}{\partial t}+ \operatorname{div}\,(\rho u\otimes u)-(\mu+\zeta)\Delta u -(\mu+\lambda-\zeta)\nabla\operatorname{div}u+\nabla p=\\ & =2\zeta\nabla\times w+(\nabla\times H)\times H,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3,\;t>0 \\ & \frac{\partial (\rho w)}{\partial t}+\text{div}\,(\rho u\otimes w)-\mu'\Delta w- (\mu'+\lambda')\nabla\operatorname{div}w+4\zeta w=2\zeta\nabla\times u,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3,\;t>0 \\ & \frac{\partial H }{\partial t}-\nabla\times(u\times H)=-\nabla\times(\sigma\nabla\times H),\quad \operatorname{div}H=0,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3,\;t>0 \\ & (\rho,u,w,H)\Big|_{t=0}=(\rho_0,u_0,w_0,H_0),\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3, \\ & (\rho,u,w,H)(x,t)\rightarrow(1,0,0,0) \text{ as } | x|\rightarrow\infty,\;t\geq 0. \end{aligned} \] Here \(\lambda,\mu,\zeta,\mu',\lambda',\sigma\) are the constant viscosity coefficients. The existence of global-in-time smooth solutions to the problem is established for the small initial data \((\rho_0-1,u_0,w_0,H_0)\). The time decay rates of the higher order spatial derivatives of the solution are obtained.
